Legal and support services
There are legal and support services to help you. Some are located inside the building. Visit them if you need legal help, support or connecting with more services in the community.
Building facilities
The building has a range of facilities to make your visit comfortable. Find the location of kiosks (digital self-service screens that you can use to find information about hearings and building services), toilets, vending machines (for small snacks and drinks), waiting areas, the multi-faith room, and outdoor terrace on level 3. If you need special assistance or help, learn more on the Accessible facilities and services page.
Meeting rooms, interview rooms and support rooms
There are formal and informal meeting rooms, interview rooms, and support rooms. Some rooms include audio-visual facilities. Rooms can be booked by authorised users, or you can ask court staff for help. If you have a pre-booked meeting room you can find it on these floor plans.
Courtrooms, hearing rooms and mediation rooms
There are courtrooms, hearing rooms and mediation rooms throughout the building including specialist rooms for the Koori community, for family violence, and for young people. To find out which room you will be in check the court schedule screens, or the kiosks on ground floor or level 1 (Hargreaves St entry only), or ask for help from court staff or at the Information Desk on the ground floor. Jury pool
If you are called to jury service at the Bendigo Law Courts enter the Hargreaves St entry, clear security, and go directly to the Jury Pool Entrance on level 2 and check in at Jury Reception. The time, date, and court you are required to attend can be found in the blue box in the top-right corner of your summons. Service counters and onsite agencies
