All courts and tribunals, except the Children’s Court of Victoria, publish the times of scheduled hearings. Use the links below to open the daily listings  for the relevant court or tribunal (each link will open in a new window). You can also speak with court staff for details of your hearing.

Important information

Please note not all hearings can be published. This could be due to:

• Hearings in the Children’s Court of Victoria (these are never published). For Children’s Court hearings please attend at the date and time that your lawyer, the court, the police or the child protection worker has told you.
• Cases that are subject to a suppression order.
• Family violence or personal safety intervention orders in the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria.
• For future hearings please check the relevant jurisdiction's hearing pages, below.
