Police prosecutions

The Victoria Police Prosecutions Division provide an independent and professional prosecutions service to the community of Victoria. They represent Victoria Police by supporting judicial and coronial proceedings.

If you have been charged with an offence and would like to discuss your case with a Police Prosecutor before your court hearing, there will be one available at the Bendigo Law Courts on the day.

If you are a witness, Police prosecutions has services to help you understand the witness process and make you feel more comfortable if you need to appear in court.
